Governing Law & Venue: State of Arizona – exclusive jurisdiction in Maricopa County
1 Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern every purchase or use of AZBL products and services. By paying for or accessing our Launch Kit, hosting, or related services (“Services”), you (“Client,” “you,” “your”) accept this Agreement in full.
2 Service Overview
Launch Kit – one‑page, mobile‑optimised website, basic on‑page SEO, optional logo.
Hosting & Support – secure cloud hosting, SSL, and minor monthly content swaps.
AZBL is not an Arizona government agency; we simply support new LLC owners.
3 Pricing & Payment
Setup Fee (non‑refundable) – USD $99, charged at checkout.
Hosting & Support – USD $20 per month, auto‑charged 30 days after checkout and every month thereafter until cancelled.
Add‑ons / Custom Projects – 50 % due on acceptance, 50 % upon completion.
Prices exclude taxes; Client is responsible for all applicable taxes.
4 Client Assets & Delivery
Onboarding Deadline – You must supply all required text, images, and brand info within 30 days of purchase. Monthly hosting will begin (or continue) whether or not assets are provided.
Build Window – AZBL will endeavour to publish your site within five (5) business days after receiving a complete onboarding form and all assets.
Domain – You register/own the domain. We will send DNS details so you can point it to our name servers; AZBL does not purchase domains on your behalf.
5 No‑Edits Policy
The site is built exactly from the information provided. The first version delivered is final.
Post‑launch edits require (a) a new paid project or (b) a request for a self‑edit Gamma link.
Simple monthly swaps (≤ 250 words or 1 image) are included in the $20 support plan.
6 Ownership & Licence
Templates, frameworks, and design source files remain AZBL IP and are licensed, not sold.
7 Subscription, Cancellation & Export
Month‑to‑month; cancel any time with 7 days’ written notice prior to your next charge.
Cancellation stops future charges; no pro‑rated refunds. The site is unpublished at the end of the paid‑through period.
8 Client Responsibilities
All content you provide is accurate, lawful, and non‑infringing.
You will not use the site for illegal, fraudulent, or hateful activity.
Traffic exceeding 25 000 monthly visits requires a hosting upgrade.
9 Confidentiality
Each party must protect the other’s Confidential Information with at least reasonable care and may use it only to fulfil obligations under this Agreement.
10 Disclaimers
Services are provided “as‑is.” AZBL disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
We do not guarantee traffic, revenue, or uninterrupted uptime.
11 Limitation of Liability
AZBL’s liability is capped at the greater of (a) $99 or (b) the total fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
AZBL is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
12 Indemnification
Client will defend, indemnify, and hold AZBL harmless from any claim arising out of (a) Client content, (b) breach of this Agreement, or (c) violation of law.
13 Force Majeure
AZBL is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, internet outages, governmental actions).
14 Amendments
AZBL may revise these Terms with 14 days’ notice by email or website post. Continued use of the Services after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
15 Miscellaneous
Severability – Unenforceable provisions are severed; the remainder remains in effect.
Assignment – Client may not assign this Agreement; AZBL may assign without consent.
Entire Agreement – This document supersedes all prior discussions or proposals.
